Bedrooms

Upstairs three double and one twin bedroom all with their own shower or bathroom. Twin beds can easily be converted into doubles if you prefer.
Downstairs 1 double bedroom with own bathroom and working fireplace. The TV room also has an ample double sofa bed for use by extra guests if required.
Quality bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are all provided. A welcome ‘starter’ pack will be provided upon your arrival.
The 'Barn'

A magnificent 45 x 25 ft stone faced room with a ceiling height starting at 16ft and arching to 21ft. Fabulous entertaining space with 3 sofas facing onto an enormous open working fireplace.
A grand dining table which seats 14 and a full size snooker table. To heat the room in the winter there is both underfloor heating and radiators.

Kitchen

A bespoke traditional English kitchen with huge modern stainless steel topped island unit. There is bags of space to cook for all your family and friends in this beamed room. Lots of utensils, six ring gas hob with double oven, professional catering grill and separate slow burning plate. Two fridges and double butlers sink, pantry and breakfast table to seat eight. The pantry has a sound system which you can connect to your iPod.
TV Room

55" plasma with UK terrestrial stations, Sky & DVD player. Baby football machine with night lights.
Big lounging sofas and bean bags. A selection of board games.
Computer room
A small room originally used to store the milk in the farm's working days and now used for the computer with internet connection and printer. There is also iPod connection.
Utility room
No excuse not to grab a cold beer here! There a beer fridge, big fridge, little (normal size) fridge and freezer. Washing machine, tumble dryer and a lazy sheila (one of those contraptions that you let down from on high and put your washing out to air). Power steam iron is provided with ironing board.
Pool

Heated swimming pool-10 x 5m surrounded by established planting and hidden from the lane by a yew hedge. The pool gets sun all day long so lots of sun loungers and two big parasols.
A generous pergola shades you when you are eating outside with a big table seating 12 so that you can gaze from the pool and house gardens to across the valley beyond and its stunning views. This whole area is beautifully lit at nighttime.
Grounds

There are a couple of goat houses and a large garden shed which holds all the garden furniture,full size table tennis table and bikes together with assorted outdoor kids games.
Car parking for 3 cars. Additional cars can be easily parked outside. The field opposite belongs to Le Pressoir and can be a recreational area for children.
